  Brennan was absolutely amazing with helping me pop my shattered tire off my wheel! Called at 6ish and Brennan was absolutely sincere and said they would pop the old tire off if we got to the shop before 630. 10/10 recommend Big O Tires!!

  Have several older cars for the family and Big O Raymore, MO always does good work in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are comparable to others, but service is great. One time we had a concern with a repair and they handled within an hour of us dropping it back off. Really like their employees too.

  My first visit at Big O tires turned out to be the BEST. Hands down Brandon went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue with my tire. I have been a long time customer of Firestone and because of Brandon and his detail to attention, saving me money and keeping my vehicle safe I am now moving my service over to Big O Tires for myself and my family

  I went in for a wheel alignment because I had some concerns my tires were wearing a little odd. While Brendan was getting all the info on the car he notice the old change light so I got that done also. Jeremy went to work on the car and they noticed a leak in my AC line while they were under it (assuming they found the die that was added a few repairs back). I never mentioned that problem and other shops couldn't find it. I will be back in the Spring to have it repaired. The car was repaired in about an hour and I got a good recommendation for taco's. That is full service, customer service!!!

  After failing to find tires for my 95 Caravan at 2 competitors, I stopped at Big O Tires. They found a great set of all season tires that could be delivered Monday, during the Black Friday Sale at a discount. I asked them to check the struts and shocks, and as I expected, they were shot. Since the car was made during a model change, it was hard to find struts that fit. Three times they received the wrong parts. Mike, the Manager, was apologetic and gave me a ride home on his way across town to Shawnee, KS during rush hour to pick up the matching strut. Next day, the job was done with a free alignment. The old car now rides great, level and straight steering, smooth yet firm, and takes the turns just like new. I highly recommend Big O for their great service and focus on customer satisfaction.

  When class canceled then the communication is bad. You will only get to know that it is canceled when reach a the court.

  If you're looking for a place to take your budding Tennis player all the way to the pro level, this is the place.
  Richard and Sandy Tompkins have a track record of developing top national players (as in #1 national), and routinely have players that attend Grand Slams (Jr. and Pro level).
  What sets this place apart is not only the Tennis technique, it's also the people: the coaches are great humans and genuinely care about player development.
  Our kids have been taking privates with Clif Awuy and Michael Sperry, and both of them are nothing short of awesome.

  My son Adith was there for 6 weeks training and we were totally satisfied under Max Taylor . From technique to fitness they were top class and all coaches fully committed and dedicated . Son wants to go every year and hope I am able to fulfil his wish.
