He was very knowledgeable about cleaners to use on different surfaces, and advocates using pet-safe and natural cleaning products. He also provided me a spray bottle to test out on a tough stain on an area rug before cleaning it in the next appointment. Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didn't look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact.
