(May 19, 2023, 11:19 am)Floods easily. Takes forever for maintenance to come see you. Prices getting more expensive to live here to be always flooded and getting poor service.
UPDATE 5/19/23: Now that Mike is gone and Juan is here the park has improved tremendously. All my issues have been handled great and on time. He's friendly and as long as you talk nice to him he talks nice back.
I will say lot rent is insane and needs to drop a little bit because come on over $700 for lot rent is to much espically if you own your trailer.
Amy is just as fantastic and helps all my issues and I don't have a huge wait time.
