I love this complex. Everything is clean and the amenities are updated and nice. Maintenance is always prompt, and I love my updated kitchen. Great place to live and raise my son.

The manager is very helpful and understanding. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and the office is very responsive. The complex and units are beautiful. I feel that my concerns are heard and they do whatever they can to ensure their residents are safe and happy.

I have been living at the Ironwood Apartments for about five months now and I really enjoy it!! The property is always clean and well maintained, the landscaping is top notch as well which I really like. Naketa in the front office is awesome, she is always professional and helpful, she's a very nice touch to the overall experience. If you're looking for a place in Livermore, Ironwood is highly recommended.

I want to give another shoutout to the Ironwood Apartment staff Property Manager, Cassandra and maintenance crew, Frank and Cory. They have met every expectation in regards to questions, concerns, and follow ups especially during the pandemic!

Cassandra’s response time to email requests have been Superb! Cassandra and maintenance staff are professional, upfront, and honest about changes, errors, and lead times for work orders. Cassandra has a compassionate heart and always listens attentively and follows through with all concerns.

So far I have had pleasant experiences with the maintenance crew. Frank and Cory do NOT waste time when it comes to work orders; they do what needs to be done in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining respect for the tenants; they are very much appreciated for their dedication and hard work!
