We recently moved to Chardonnay Gardens. We are extremely pleased. It is a wonderful community. Monica, the property manager, as well as Rafael, in maintenance, are the greatest at all levels. I, personally, couldn’t be happier to have chosen this place as my permanent residence. Love it!!!!
My most recent experience was last week. Rafael did, as always, an outstanding job fixing several repair issues including:
Our dryer (now works like new)
A loose screen and several windows that were difficult to slide
Our air conditioning which wasn’t cooling the house. Not only did Rafael get it cooling much better, he also had an air conditioning company look at it and they cleaned the coils, etc. His extra efforts “saved” us during this week’s record breaking temperatures.
Ordering a new garbage disposal to replace our broken one and installing the new one.
Rafael is an integral part of what makes Chardonnay Garden a wonderful place to call home.

Great experience at this apartment complex. Very quiet neighborhood. Apartments are pretty well maintained. Yes they have central A/C and heating. Their pool is always clean and the neighbors are pretty quiet. Occasionally a neighbor will have a party but they tend to only be on the weekends. You get what you paid for. Yes these apartments are pretty $$ but it is worth it. The service guy is quick to do repairs. The manager Monica, is very responsive.
My unit had brand new everything, and the apartment was spotless upon move-in, as they spend a whole week professionally cleaning and repairing each unit after the tenant moves out. The landlord (Monica) was very personable and managed the place well, and she even checked up on me a month after leaving to see how things were going for me (I had to break the lease early because I got laid off.) Whenever there was a maintenance issue, it was taken care of extremely quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, the maintenance guy (Rafael) was also quite friendly, relaxed and professional. Overall the area is very quiet as are the neighbors. (Since it's literally right next door to the police station, it's also very safe.)
There are a couple of downsides, however: While brand new, the stove wasn't the greatest build quality. Though it didn't break, the flame for the oven is literally right above the bottom storage compartment with zero insulation whatsoever, so I learned the hard way not to store plastic baking pan lids down there. Additionally, the microwave is laughably undersized. Half of my plates don't even fit inside the thing. Third, there is a dog next door that occasionally marks for several hours at a time, but it's not on their property so there's nothing that can be done. Overall, I'd technically give them 4.5 stars.
I lived here for almost 5 years before work took me elsewhere. It is a great place to live. The apartment fit my needs in terms of space and amenities, and the property is beautiful. Monica in the office is very accommodating and works hard to make sure you are happy. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues and is courteous towards your pets. I am glad I chose to live here.
