(August 26, 2019, 2:47 pm)Dr Contreras is caring, thorough and realistic. I have scoliosis and have seen a chiropractor several times in my life as needed. I injured my lower back 10 days ago and was unable to stand up straight despite other methods to help fix the issue. The very courteous office personnel got me an appointment right away. Dr. Contreras saw me for 3 days straight, adjusting as needed and together we came up with a realistic plan for my daily activities and my running lifestyle. I was able to complete a 50k trail race I'd trained so hard for. I came back after the race for an adjustment. He's now my regular chiropractor and I'm happy to be in good care.

(April 25, 2019, 2:25 pm)Dr. Contreras is by far the best Chiropractor I have been to. A few years ago I was going to a different Chiropractic office in Livermore and as they were not willing to work with my work schedule and after 3-4 months of seeing no improvement, I stopped going. I was afraid of going to another chiropractor because it felt like the first place was just trying to get money out of me.
I originally wasn't going to see Dr. Contreras, but my boyfriend started seeing him and felt better within his first few weeks. I finally decided to try out this office and I do not regret it one bit!
On my first visit, I was unable to move around my left shoulder without it constantly popping or giving me a sharp pain. And after my first visit, I no longer had shoulder pain and I had much more range of motion. I drive out to Silicon Valley for work, so I still have issues with my hips due to the outrageous traffic. But every time I walk out of that office, I feel much better than when I walked in.
I recommend Dr. Contreras to anyone that's on the fence about Chiropractic services as he is very accommodating and definitely knows what he's doing.
(April 24, 2019, 7:51 pm)I used to live with the pain. I thought that’s just how it was. I was wrong! Dr. Contreras has changed all that. Now I live with no pain and recognize when the pain comes back from my active life style, dirt biking, obstacle races , weight training that when I feel discomfort , I get it fixed. It’s amazing the difference in how I feel.
(April 19, 2019, 12:20 pm)Dr. Contreras has been so helpful to me and my Fiance Donald. We had a bad car accident almost a year ago and he has helped us both with the rehabilitation process and we both have made major improvements. The amount of recovery we have accomplished is amazing. Dr C is very patient and always makes sure I feel comfortable and good before I leave.
