Dan at the Fire House was very easy to talk to about the fireplaces that we wanted to purchase. Not only did he give us the most amazing contractor in the world, he also got us matching fans for our whole house... Thank you Dan, you seriously rock!!
We had a fantastic experience with the Firehouse. In our case we were putting a Valor zero clearance unit in front of the existing fireplace, instead of inside the fireplace. Dan and team coordinated with both Valor and our designer to make sure we had the right model selected and had the correct hardware. There were a few adapters we had to include to get the venting out though the fireplace flue, Installation went very smoothly, and the team that came out was very professional . Dan worked with us every step of the way on they project, from concept, to completion. Installation went very smoothly.
We just purchased our 4th gas insert from them and have always been extremely appreciative of their knowledge and expertise. This last installation required very exact measurements and proceeded without a hitch. We would highly recommend The Fire House. Now we are just waiting for cold weather!
