I love living at Hawks. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. They often hold events for the residents and have free food. The facilities are also really nice and clean. There’s a pool, hot tub, grills, workout center, and a business center. The apartments have new equipment and if you need maintenance it’s really easy to put in a request and it gets fixed almost immediately. You can also have pets which is a huge plus :)

I’m in Hawks for my junior year and I’ve been satisfied for the most part. Service is accessibly and the apartment is nice and fully furnished. Location could certainly be better but even without a car it’s been manageable.

I love living at Hawkslanding! The public amenities are well kept even though they are frequently used by the friendly community. Staff is always helpful and nice when I talk to them in the office. Overall a great place to live!

Hawks Landing is a great place to live. Any sort of issue in the apartment a work order will solve. The people at the office are nice & quick to help and give out free candy. You want to relax for a night? They have a hot tub too. Good community, highly recommend.

Been taking my vehicle here for years and have never had an issue. Skip has always been honest and if he thought it was something I could fix, he would tell me how if I wanted to do the work.

I usually do my own repairs and work on our cars, but given the air quality and everything going on I decided to bite the bullet and call some support. I couldn't have been happier with the results not only did Skip fix our car really fast but it was refreshing talking to him as he's super down to earth. It was 100% straightforward and let us know everything ahead of time there were no hidden costs or anything that popped up definitely will be bringing vehicles that I need help with back in the future!!!
