I became a member at Crossfit WIT approx 1 year ago and the coaching, along with the camaraderie, has been phenomenal. What I love most is the workouts are scaled for everyone at all levels, and the coaches really focus on form and correct movement.
I have reached new levels which I didn't think were possible, Thanks Crossfit WIT!

Darrell is 100% dedicated to his members and will challenge and improve your form all while creating a family atmosphere. There is no where else I would go!
(December 16, 2014, 4:11 pm)Love this place! Feel's like home. The owner Darrel is a great trainer. You can always expand the gym. But you cant change the trainer. He helps make the experience what it is. Hard yet enjoyable. I would recommend anyone to come in and join the family.
