(November 19, 2019, 1:36 am)Bill is very professional and knowledgeable. This is my second spa I have purchased from Sensible Spas. I started with a huge spa Jacuzzi years ago and now that I have, as they say, a empty nest, I have downsized and can still have my friends over for get togethers. Bill was able to repair my hot tub quickly when I called him even though he had to travel to San Jose to repair it. He is in my book, a superman! It is a pleasure to do business with him.

Took the time to listen to what I wanted and what my backyard environment was like to help show me what the best options were. The customer service was awesome! Sean worked with me on the delivery time and answered my many questions via text. He and Dave installed it easily and taught me how to do the maintenance. A true pleasure to work with them.
(September 9, 2019, 5:28 pm)We bought a Sensible Spa's hot tub and got a killer deal on it. Both Debbie and her husband Bill were very easy to work with and helped us choose the perfect hot tub. Bill even set up the hot tub chemical and its been perfectly balanced ever since!
