Drive thru is right off an exit way which should be marked no entry except into drive thru due to narrowness. Adjacent gas station makes it high traffic area, being directly visible off highway (and only area for miles with gas and food) makes this high volume and probable way to ease congestion and access can be determined by surveys.”
