“Hidden gem of Oakland. It’s intimate, homey and incredibly delicious. The glittering string lights out front clued me in to the magic waiting inside. There can be a wait, but it’s worth it. Food is authentic and interesting—get the angel wings for an explosion of gluttony—but stay for everything else. It’s very reasonably priced too, especially given that I usually leave with lots of leftovers.”
