“To each is own! I first came by to scope it out and get prices. I returned a week later with money and asked to get a six piece 10k bottom grill with fangs and that ran me with tax and all about $275 which to me was great! The asian guy was great told me it would take 3 business which wound up only being 2! Picked my grill up and boy was I not disappointed! Grill fit perfectly and snug! Had not one complaint from anybody who's seen my grill and honestly people were so amazed that it looked so good and were shocked to find out it was only 10k! To me it just as good as the 14k and 18k!”

“This place is a gem! It’s located in an area that desperately needed a local coffee shop/ hang out spot. 5 stars because it is dog friendly! There is a seating area in the back that’s adorable to spend some time in. The espresso is rich and smooth and the little pastries they offer are always baked perfectly! My partner enjoys the empanadas and I like the vegetable quiche. Finally, a veggie quiche that isn’t entirely composed of onions, tomatoes or mushrooms! I enjoy that it is walking distance since no other coffee shops or breakfast spots seem to be this close. Obviously, the prices are a little high for the area, but rent isn’t cheap either. I can say you do get quality for your money though. Before this coffee shop, it was a liquor store that got quite a bit of business, but we have about 4 convenience stores within walking distance from this place so it’s not missed.”

“I moved here in December of 2019 into a 2 bedroom apartment, and I have been very pleased with my living experience here ever since! Prices are definitely not cheap, but I feel they are very reasonable considering all the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) that come with the apartment and how well kept they are. Management and maintenance crews are very professional and responsive, and the community is very diverse and friendly. I had some issues getting a parking space in the parking garage in the first month I was here, but I feel the management handled it super well, and was doing everything they could. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have recycling and/or compost bins around the indoor and outdoor common areas. Other than that, it's a great place in great location with a great community! Would recommend it to a friend any day!”
