“I moved here in December of 2019 into a 2 bedroom apartment, and I have been very pleased with my living experience here ever since! Prices are definitely not cheap, but I feel they are very reasonable considering all the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) that come with the apartment and how well kept they are. Management and maintenance crews are very professional and responsive, and the community is very diverse and friendly. I had some issues getting a parking space in the parking garage in the first month I was here, but I feel the management handled it super well, and was doing everything they could. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have recycling and/or compost bins around the indoor and outdoor common areas. Other than that, it's a great place in great location with a great community! Would recommend it to a friend any day!”

“Hidden gem of Oakland. It’s intimate, homey and incredibly delicious. The glittering string lights out front clued me in to the magic waiting inside. There can be a wait, but it’s worth it. Food is authentic and interesting—get the angel wings for an explosion of gluttony—but stay for everything else. It’s very reasonably priced too, especially given that I usually leave with lots of leftovers.”
