“Terrific office. It is now 30 years of my using this office to make custom AFOs for me, of making leg braces. The orthotists continue to take the time to listen to my physical needs, make plaster casts of my lower legs then do as many return visits as are needed to make the product comfortable. These recent years they have needed zero to two follow-up visits to adjust them. When I got AFOs in the 1970s the person said, "Only God made your legs perfectly comfortable." Adrian Ravitz on this visit is my orthotist. She is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. As I started this review I end with terrific.”

“I strongly -- without any reservation -- recommend Pathways as a hospice provider. My family's experience with Pathways was excellent in every way. The staff was caring and attentive. Their visits to my mother were frequent, and we were grateful for the regular and comprehensive updates they provided. When my mother entered the final stages of her life, Pathways sent "vigil" volunteers to sit with my mother when family couldn't be there. They read to her, played music (even sang) and listened to her talk about her life. They made her life better. After my mother's death (February 2019) Pathways contacted us several times to offer individual counseling, support groups and other assistance as we grieve. Before we chose Pathways we had a truly horrible experience using a major organization's hospice "care." The comparison between the two made it clear exactly how good Pathways is. I recommend that everyone -- as we did with Pathways -- have an extensive conversation about expectations, specific services to be provided, medication, etc. Clarifying details gives you a metric for judging the level of care delivered. Pathways met and exceeded our expectations.”

I felt that I had a full team for help to provide care for the patient. Supervisors and case managers to help. I was presented with a position to do Quality Assurance and I accepted. And this is the best job i ever had in nursing and health care. Pure and honest team work. Everybody is there to help everyone else to strive and provide the best care. I never feel drained and burned out. I know I always have someone to help me. I see the communication and team work for all the staff in the office and the field staff who provide care for patient.
