“I have been working for HealthFlex Home Health for 3 years. I started as a filed nurse which was a great experience as a nurse. I felt that I had a full team for help to provide care for the patient. Supervisors and case managers to help. I was presented with a position to do Quality Assurance and I accepted. And this is the best job i ever had in nursing and health care. Pure and honest team work. Everybody is there to help everyone else to strive and provide the best care. I never feel drained and burned out. I know I always have someone to help me. I see the communication and team work for all the staff in the office and the field staff who provide care for patient.
