“So, after discovering the unnerving evidence of a hole under my kitchen sink, followed by the culprit, a RAT in my kitchen, I was less than calm when calling Dan at Rodent Pro. He and his team were amazing. They came out the very next day to inspect and found quite an extensive collection of entry and crawl space holes that said rat and his family and friends had chewed through and were now in the process of taking over my home. After my visible "freak out", I am grateful to Gil for calming me down and talking me through everything. He explained that he would be coming with his team to address everything the following Monday (4 days later), and explained thoroughly the process of removal and proofing; including cost breakdown and the 3 year guarantee that his company provides. So, it is worth the cost. In this current 'Covid stay at home' state of affairs, if any of you have this issue in your homes, CALL THEM. They performed the extensive work in two days, and did a fantastic job. While I could go with a standard insulation company to replace the insulation that Dan and his team had to remove, these guys did such a great job that I am going to call on them again to re-insulate my attic.
