Marufuku Ramen

Takeout container was super convenient and easy to put together when we got home. Broth was excellent as was the to tonkatsu pork. I often get pork belly that is too fatty or the fat isn't rendered enough but theirs was just right.

The only con I'd mention is that the noodles were okay. A little thin for my liking and the texture was so so. Could have been from the take home trip so we'll have to try it when we can eat there.

Quick service and a great outdoor eating set up with plenty of space heaters. Food was delicious! I got the veggie ramen and it still had so much flavor and the noodles were such a great texture!

Delicious ramen with good outdoor seating. Spicy broth is just the right amount of spicy and portions are generous. Double shots of sake. Higher prices for the high quality.

I genuinely didn’t know Ramen could be this amazing.

The patio is well design and the staff do a great job keeping things safe and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating while doing a good job keeping their space.

But the real outstanding element of this place is the food. Mild spicy is perfect if you are a weakling like me. The eggs are perfectly cooked and the broth is the best I have ever had. You won’t be disappointed coming here in any respect.

This is my favorite ramen shop in the US. They definitely put a lot of time into their broths and it shows. Usually very long wait, but that's expected for the best ramen in a city.

I do wish they discouraged people from hovering over you while you eat at that one table near the entrance, but folks should also just have better awareness and manners.
