“This is such a wonderful place to come for a killer workout! Though I joined only recently, I have loved every second of my workouts there. The trainers challenge and push you but at the same time are so motivating and encouraging. Everyone is diligent about having masks on and following COVID safety protocols, so I feel very safe coming here to work out. My daughter is a teen in 9th grade and was feeling very insecure about her brace and Tony really took the time to explane response to students asking questions about her brace. This gave her the confidence to move forward. When we needed adjustments, he took time to meet us and make sure my girl felt comfortable (not in pain) in brace before we left.
