“I had my company truck parked on 73rd today while heading up a volunteer project to pick up trash on the streets, in the area. In the span of 15 min 2 guys on bicycles smashed the passenger side window of our company dump truck and stole items out of it. I reached out to the manager, Darren in hopes of attaining video of the break in. Darren was up to his neck in work but stopped everything he was doing to help me. He spent nearly an hour locating video of the break in. He went above and beyond helping me. This was an amazing effort unto itself. For someone to give this level attention to a non-customer I can only imagine the level of customer service he provides to his clients. The integrity of ABC Supplies was made apparent to me today.”

“Arrow Sign Company did a phenomenal job with our logo sign from start to finish. The final product itself (aluminum sign with LED lighting) is stunning—the Arrow team did a beautiful job with the fabrication and installation, especially given all the precise specifications for it to fit perfectly in our space. The team also took the time to speak with me to determine which type of LEDs would best suit what we're looking for, and spent time providing individualized support to help us get up and running with the technology after the sign was installed. I worked with a lot of vendors as we built out our new office, and Arrow stood out as one of the very best I worked with. Thank you, Arrow!”

“This place is a gem! It’s located in an area that desperately needed a local coffee shop/ hang out spot. 5 stars because it is dog friendly! There is a seating area in the back that’s adorable to spend some time in. The espresso is rich and smooth and the little pastries they offer are always baked perfectly! My partner enjoys the empanadas and I like the vegetable quiche. Finally, a veggie quiche that isn’t entirely composed of onions, tomatoes or mushrooms! I enjoy that it is walking distance since no other coffee shops or breakfast spots seem to be this close. Obviously, the prices are a little high for the area, but rent isn’t cheap either. I can say you do get quality for your money though. Before this coffee shop, it was a liquor store that got quite a bit of business, but we have about 4 convenience stores within walking distance from this place so it’s not missed.”

“I had ordered a custom Hennessy cake for my friend's birthday. They do ask you to provide a sample photo for the order. The baker did a fantastic job creating this cake! It looks absolutely amazing!! Definitely exceeded all expectations. It was a peanut butter frosting and chocolate cake combo. And the taste was just as good if not better. It was the right amount of frosting and sweetness and tasted delicious. The staff is also extremely friendly! The baker David personally came to chat with me and get feedback on the design of the cake. It is also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place!”

“My husband and I worked with Kelly and her design team on several rooms in our Oakland house in 2019. The two of us were looking for a design style that would elevate our home while still maintaining a casual atmosphere. We have two dogs and knew we'd likely have a kid or two one day so wanted materials that could stand up to a variety of uses. Also, my husband tends to like minimalist designs while I prefer color and prints. Magically, Kelly and her team were able to capture our various requirements and wishes and now we have spaces that are both beautiful and livable! It's been a couple years since the work was completed and I still find myself admiring all the special touches as if I were seeing them for the first time! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kelly and I would definitely recommend her - I hope to work with her again someday!”

The work involved diagnosing the problem (rodent was in the attic), removing the old insulation and droppings, sealing openings, putting in new insulation and cleaning up all the prep materials.
