“Good apartment complex, secure and clean, most units have been remodeled. Most of the time it was quite and easy going, grocery stores, markets, gas stations close by as well as schools. the freeway is just blocks away. Right next to the San Mateo bridge and easy access to multiple ways into San Francisco and Oakland. Rent is decent for the area and 24 hour security is on duty, parking is strictly enforced so make Shure you or your guest have a parking permit.”

“I took my kids here we had a great experience. The staff was helpful and kind. The store Had personality it was cramped but packed with a bunch of fun items/ decor to buy. They had a smaller intimate area filled with pumpkins and cute photo ops. They also had a short fun haunted house which me and my eldest son enjoyed.”

“I moved here in December of 2019 into a 2 bedroom apartment, and I have been very pleased with my living experience here ever since! Prices are definitely not cheap, but I feel they are very reasonable considering all the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) that come with the apartment and how well kept they are. Management and maintenance crews are very professional and responsive, and the community is very diverse and friendly. I had some issues getting a parking space in the parking garage in the first month I was here, but I feel the management handled it super well, and was doing everything they could. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have recycling and/or compost bins around the indoor and outdoor common areas. Other than that, it's a great place in great location with a great community! Would recommend it to a friend any day!”

“A very supportive, comfortable, and well staffed transitional housing unit with wellness groups, social activities within the community, counseling services, case management, a secured and stable housing initiative, as well as big living and dining areas with lots of board games, arts and activities, and space for exercising and learning. I would go back, but now I don't qualify! ..Perhaps to volunteer. They also offer a cash incentive (can only be used for food and must show proof via receipt) for allowing participants to purchase and create full meal plans. On top of that, they have food, drinks, snacks, and fruits at all times in the house so you can grav a snack day or night and for the most part come and go as you please. There is a curfew when they lock the door, but it's reasonable.”

“DeSilva help us pave our utility walkway by the side of our house last year. Our pavers look great! Our guests compliment us on the upgrade to our backyard and one of our neighbors even decided to use DeSilva to pave their yard as well. Great service and responsiveness. There was a slight miscommunication during the installation process but the owner quickly came out to clarify and inspect the work. I would recommend Apollo and use them again for our next project.”
