“I bought a Giant E-bike from Hank and Frank and I have loved both the bike and the service I've gotten since. I ride by the shop on the way to and from work and often pop in to have them fix something for me (for example, I kept knocking off the fenders until I got used to them). I've had my bike for a year and have upgraded components over time. Each time, the guys/gal at the shop have helped me make good choices including pedals and saddle. I highly recommend this shop.”

Casey was the person that took care of us and he was diligent in helping us as it was our third time back for the same issue. He was able to make us feel taken care of while solving the issue. His customer service and knowledge of our car was impressive. He understood how important having a peace of mind was especially since my wife was pregnant. It's always refreshing to have great service and Casey delivered that. I love this Mercedes Benz location.”

Staff isn't a big customer service personality. More of a get the orders out. I reccomend you try to escape the 3 Starbucks on the way in and head to gate 28 where this hardy breakfast is.”
