They have sandwiches and burritos to order, and pre-made small and large salads and the refrigerated section as well as some pasta. If prefer to customize your salad they will make it from scratch. And just as you're checking out there's a collection of delicious sweets for your 3 pick me up with your coffee that are just perfect as well. There's a teeny bit of seating on the inside and a couple of tables outside with umbrellas. The parking is on Street so you know how the parking is Downtown Oakland now and this place is across the street from the Oakland Museum”

“Traveler beware, both major coffee shops in the terminal actually close before their posted time. Do don't waste your time walking to the end of the terminal just to find out that Peet's was closed when it was they were open. Posted close time is 9pm. Showed up at 8:26, no dice.”

“We stopped by just after the weekly Sunday performance had started. We were ushered in and helped, despite coming in at quite possibly the worst time. This place is a true gem and run by helpful and warm folks. The general manager helped discuss our needs and was quick to show us pianos in our range. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stopped by to compare a private party piano that we are considering purchasing. They had no problem showing us a comparable model and even shared their movers. When we are the market for something nicer, this is the first place to visit!!!”

It is cozy and comfortable with a variety of seating arrangements, magazines to read, and clean facilities. I go for small breakfast, a sandwhich, tea, or smoothie. The food is extremely fresh tasting, and healthy so I feel great after eating there. Variety of folks there-- local business people, kids from the nearby art school, parents relaxing while their kid is at a nearby activity, artists collaborating... The staff has always been very friendly to me and all the myriad of customers, whether they are regulars or not.”
