I highly highly recommend Keith as your swim instructor. My daughter has an active imagination and it can be hard to keep her attention. Not only has Keith been very positive and patient but he even works with her imagination to help her stay focused. Keith made up his own award system just for my daughter and it's been helping and it means a lot to us that he adapts to her. Thanks to Keith my 5 year old daughter is one of the strongest swimmers for her age. Keith has been her instructor year round for about 2 years now and he has never lost his patience nor has he ever been negative in any way. I really can't recommend Keith enough, you won't regret hiring him.”

This is a doctor who truly cares about people and wants to get to the root cause of problems and correct them. So different than what we are used to with Western medicine. “First time hot Yoga...er. 6am, dark outside, a little chill in the air. I walk in and Ms Gina was seated pleasantly behind the desk with a helpful, welcome look on her face. After a brief explanation she gave me a quick tour of the place, ending with entrance into the yoga room. Holy hot as hell! I laid my mat out and stayed there for about 30 seconds, then had to go outside to breathe. Once the class started though there was no stopping. Pure sweat on every surface of my body. Breathe, lift this, push that, eyes open, relax, hands up...etc. I looked around the room (5 or so other people) they all appeared to be easily completing the tasks the Gina (who i thought was my friend) methodically seemingly whispered the damn near impossible tasks one after another. Once i was done, somehow, I felt extraordinarily accomplished and free. I'm not really into that whole phyc part of yoga but after that I had the best day of my life! Ill be back, thanks so much”

“Our family have had Dr. Gao as our family dentist ever since 2012. I have a very sensitive boy when it comes to visiting a dentist. Before he was seven, I had a really hard time to have any dentist to check his teeth . The result was that he had to have two baby teeth with cavities to be pulled out. Without going to a high-cost pediatric dentist, Dr. Gao helped out without any complaints from my boy. It's always a pleasant experience for my kids to visit the Bernal Dental Care. They love talking to the nice assistant and watching a movie(even though never got to finish the movie) during their teeth cleaning. Our whole family are happy with Dr. Gao and his office staff. He is kind and very professional.”

“My friend recommended the Bishops salon when I decided to get highlights. I have never colored my hair before and was extremely nervous about doing so. I called to make an appointment for the weekend. I was also told they have special discounts on Tuesday - so I changed my appointment to Tuesday to take advantage of that. I am extremely happy with my hair. The stylist made me feel comfortable and spent a good amount of time consulting with me. I am very happy with my highlights and I was also advised on how to take care of my hair so the color lasts a while. I would definitely recommend Bishops!”
