“We have been using Terminix for 15 years or so. We haven't had any pest problems since we started using Terminix. We initially called Terminix because of ant infestation in our kitchen. And we haven't had that problem in 15 years. Our service technician is punctual, courteous and communicates well. He lets know when he will be arriving, when the service is done and informs us of any issues that he found!!!! My only negative is that the price automatically increases on a yearly basis.... I did call to cancel my service recently, but the Customer Service rep on the phone, offered me deal which was too good to be true.... So I stayed with Terminix!!!”

“I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and helpful and the teachers are knowledgeable and patient. The teachers also make learning how to play an instrument fun by encouraging students to choose a song they want to learn (you don't know how many times the teachers have to teach kids Let It Go, but the teachers are good sports about it and never complain). The recitals are fun and a great way to help kids (and adult musicians) get over their stage fright. The recitals also allow students to show off what they have learned in front of their friends and family and have fun doing it! All in all, Bay Area Academy of Music is a fun and friendly place for children (and adults!) to learn music.”

“I came into the store and was greeted by an employee. He asked if I had anything in particular that I was looking for. Once I told him why I was there he directed me to the appropriate section. He then helped me find the jacket I wanted in the appropriate size. He also told me that the sleeves may be a bit long but that’s because once you sit atop a motorcycle and grab the bars the sleeves will ride up. Good customer service, hard to find these days.”
