The sound separation from apartment to apartment is surprisingly amazing. We're the top floor and, after talking to our neighbor below, they rarely ever hear us. And we can never hear our neighbors unless they're in the hall near our door. The only major drawback is not nearly enough parking and frustrating, highly competitive street parking. The on-site maintenance guy is great and on top of everything. No direct property manager--they're in Oakland. Easy walking distance to the BART and enough nearby to meet daily needs easily, plus fun and experiences are only a BART or car ride away.
