“Dr Evans has been such a lifesaver for me! I first saw her a few years ago after a bad car accident and over time, she really helped me with my injuries. More recently, I went back to her because I was experience pain in my lower back and pelvic area that my regular physician couldn’t figure out. After countless frustrating exams and tests without any answers, I was desperate for help and reached out to Dr Evans’ office. Jamie, at the front desk, is so polite and supportive and helped to check my insurance (she takes Kaiser!) and book me an appointment ASAP. During my first appointment, Dr Evans told me that my problem was in my psoas. I had no idea what a psoas even was so she explained it all to me, worked her magic and I walked out of there feeling brand freaking new. She is great at reading your body and figuring out what you need to get back to feeling great. She’s really flexible too - she does her absolute best to see you, even on short notice, if you’re in pain.”

“The staff is sooo sweet the whole way thru. My daughter is super anxious at any doctor's office. In the chair she squirms and gives them such a hard time. It's embarrassing but they stuck with it. Unfortunately, she needed a lot of dental work and after one appointment she was a lot calmer and comfortable. I voiced my concern about the most conservative work on my daughter's teeth and they took all of my concerns into consideration. I appreciate everything they do.”

“My aunt experienced a life changing fall that required her to move to Senior living. She had visited a friend at Carlton in San Leandro for years and so knew this was where she wanted to go. She was in the Assisted living side for only a month before she was diagnosed with dementia. The management and staff gave us exceptional guidance, help and emotional support during that time. The Memory Care side was equally well run. It was a much smaller environment, which with dementia is comforting and the staff could interact with all the residence easily. When it came time for Hospice, she was cared for with incredible respect and compassion. I always felt she was safe (and I visited frequently). I never regretted the decision of placing her at Carlton San Leandro. I am so grateful to the management and staff. Without their help and knowledge, the stress would have been overwhelming.”
