Not one came close to the absolute honesty & integrity of Capelli Plumbing. Rick is the best. Honest and transparent (and polite ;). He was great at explaining from start to finish. His price point was better than the others, even with a change order, which I knew was possible.This is the plumber you want. Additionally, his apprentice was a real decent and polite young man.”

“The most amazing place in my world. The only place I trust to take care of my severely disabled child. They provided respite and I took my first vacation with my husband away from her in 18 years. The staff is awesome and the facility immaculate. Received information on hydrotherapy that has enabled us to get a spa and work with our daughter on a daily basis. They have great food too! LOL And great events like the Prom that allow you to connect with other families. Could not say one bad word...Highest Praise!”

“Located conveniently off the 580. Lots of parking in the rear. Street parking is limited. A good selection of mid and entry level instruments. Some Fender guitars, some Ibanez acoustic and electric, apparently some percussion upstairs, including complete kits, although I didn't make it up there. A good selection of accessories, such as strings, capos, tuners, even a few keyboards. Apparently they do rentals also. The guys there were very helpful and answered questions.”

“Too crowded old shopping center with all the stores in the circle - Safeway, 99 cents only stores, asian restaurants /take out and dine in- very nice/, Hawaiian bbq /if you know this restaurant and you are meat eater - so it is here, nail, hair, McDonalds and much more. Parking on the middle let you shop all stores at the same time and do not drive from store to store. Little too trashy because of cheap stores and homeless people around. Why I was there? - because of 99 cents only stores offer big selection of fruits and vegetables for low price. I am fruit girl. McDonalds is very nice, not long time ago build - good design.”

“I've been a member of All Saints for 9 years - it is a wonderful and uplifting place. We are a family with small children and we all feel very welcome there. The services are beautiful, thoughtful and inclusive. The church has many programs servicing the greater community including a food pantry which has served over 10,000 persons. “Stumbled upon this place thanks to friends who had visited before. I was not sure what to expect and I am beyond pleased. The sauna was incredible. I ordered the wet heat than the dry heat but both options are available for you all to decide for yourself. There is a Jacuzzi as well and several stone rooms to destress. They also offer full body scrubs. I have never felt this calmed and rejuvenated in a while. Amazing experience and top notch service. Can't wait to go back. Ps: recommend going on a week day to avoid crowds”

“Oh my god this guy is awesome. I’ve been locked out of my car for over eight hours I had called three different locksmith people. They all never showed up or wanted to charge $200. I called this s guy and he was literally there within 15 minutes took like five minutes to open my door and charged a very very affordable price. I gave him a $20 tip. I totally recommend this dude and I will only call him and recommend him if I ever get locked out again. Thank you”

“The prices and quality of furniture here is amazing! They have every type of furniture you need for a home or office, from the mid-century modern style to the heavier hotel pieces all for much lower prices than I had seen when searching online. The customer service also deserves 5-stars. DJ showed us the modern pieces we were leaning toward and even gave us a sneak peek into their warehouse to see if he had anything else in a similar style. He gave us tips on how to maintain the furniture fabrics and even gave us free cushions for an outdoor set that was missing them after we showed him the online version. When picking up our large order, DJ and his team loaded everything onto our truck very quickly, neatly, and gently! Overall a great experience and we were able to furnish our living room and outdoor patio in just 1 weekend!”

“The sound separation from apartment to apartment is surprisingly amazing. We're the top floor and, after talking to our neighbor below, they rarely ever hear us. And we can never hear our neighbors unless they're in the hall near our door. The only major drawback is not nearly enough parking and frustrating, highly competitive street parking. The on-site maintenance guy is great and on top of everything. No direct property manager--they're in Oakland. Easy walking distance to the BART and enough nearby to meet daily needs easily, plus fun and experiences are only a BART or car ride away.”
