“Very clean and looks recently updated; the facilities are very modern. The hot tub area is relatively small for women (maybe 6 good friends?), sauna and steam room bigger and could hold more people. I got the exfoliating scrub and massage, and it was MUCH needed and very relaxing. The person performing the service (Tina) was very thorough and would ask about how much pressure I wanted during the massage and if I was doing alright. It got to the point where I was drifting in and out of sleep and time felt infinite. Such a good feeling. My only gripe would be that at some point, the music changed from ambient sounds to Mariah Carey Christmas and general Christmas music and it wasn’t relaxing at all. Luckily this shouldn’t happen most of the year. I wish the locker room served corn or barley tea in addition to water, but not mad about it. Please check out the different stone rooms, I loved reading in there. I would definitely come back here.”

“Stumbled upon this place thanks to friends who had visited before. I was not sure what to expect and I am beyond pleased. The sauna was incredible. I ordered the wet heat than the dry heat but both options are available for you all to decide for yourself. There is a Jacuzzi as well and several stone rooms to destress. They also offer full body scrubs. I have never felt this calmed and rejuvenated in a while. Amazing experience and top notch service. Can't wait to go back. Ps: recommend going on a week day to avoid crowds”

“I’ve been going to Germa for waxing for about 3 years now, and she makes the greatest effort to attend to you and your needs (including using the best kind of wax to best protect your skin; not one-size-fits-all!). Super friendly, keeps her schedule, highly professional, and always stresses keeping her workspace sanitized, which is truly appreciated in our current environment! Highly recommended!”

“The foot massage was excellent and wonderful. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of clarity about what is expected of the customer. After the massage, the masseuse started asking me for something which I didn't understand. I finally understood that he expected a tip which I was happy to provide. He wasn't happy with what I gave him.That interaction, after a wonderful massage, was not so wonderful. When I got home and read other reviews on google, I understood that the massage price is low. The expectation of a generous tip is high. I would strongly suggest a sign at the front desk and on the website that says "In order to keep our prices low, our massage therapists reply on your generous tip." Also, if the therapist gave the customer a small envelope at the end of the session with his/her name on it, then it would be another clue as to expected behavior.”
