“I live in Tracy and was craving bubble tea, my friend said that this is her favorite place to go to and she had a membership so we decided to go after church. There was somewhat of a line but it moved very quickly, a lot of people had the same ideas as us to come in for a drink. There was maybe four people in front of us but it only took about 2 minutes for us to get to the front, these workers move extremely fast and diligently. We ordered three drinks and my friend was able to get a reward which allowed her to get one free drink which was awesome. I had to take a few pictures in the store because I thought it was just so cute”

“The staff is sooo sweet the whole way thru. My daughter is super anxious at any doctor's office. In the chair she squirms and gives them such a hard time. It's embarrassing but they stuck with it. Unfortunately, she needed a lot of dental work and after one appointment she was a lot calmer and comfortable. I voiced my concern about the most conservative work on my daughter's teeth and they took all of my concerns into consideration. I appreciate everything they do.”

“Food was really good! Got the #1 with everything Prices were pretty good too but there is no indoor seating which sucked because we had 6 people show up expecting to all be able to sit down. The smoothie machine was down even though they didn't have that posted on the front of the store. Everything was really good though so that's why 4 stars. Will be coming back for sure.”

He can mix lotion, shower gels and cream so you can layer on your body. I will never use perfume again. The oil sent last all day you do not need to apply more. He has more than 2000 scents. “When I first walked in, I noticed how much room there were between tables. The place is fairly large with a high ceiling. Live fish tanks for the ultimate fresh fish and crustaceans. You order through an i-pad on the table. The food comes out piping hot and fresh. The place can get noisy as expected with customers just happy to see family and friends. One of the best Dim Sum places I have been to recently.”

He provides superb customer service and gets our requests taken care of in a timely manner. He is a great communicator and has dealt with our last minute request for our projects with grace. Michael goes above and beyond to help our company for fast, efficient, and timely deliveries including pick-ups. There is also great communication with their drivers and our supervisors with confirmation calls. Michael will always find a way to accommodate our needs with whatever he can do on his end. We have had break-ins and also situations that are out of control for anyone including graffiti vandalizing. Michael has personally driven to take care of graffiti at our jobsites. “We like the BBQ Pork here they are tender and juicy! Just like what we used to have in Hong Kong. We also ordered the soy sauce chicken and the salt baked chicken. They are not bad! We had the coconut soup but probably not recommend it as the flavor was not standing out probably the coconut was cooked for too long.”

I recently moved and needed the old space that I moved from painted, so that I could get my deposit back. I explained the situation and he was able to give me an accurate quote based off of pictures and video. Their prices are extremely competitive and why I chose to go with them. “Great church service and amazing church members! After having a child and forced to make serious life decisions. I was invited by a Faith Fellowship church member to attend service. I was apprehensive, then agreed to attend service; this church also provides excellent childcare during church service hours. After years of doing personal mental health. I was focused on my relationship with God not finding friends. So, I would listen and study the Bible with this church during and after service and attend the weekly prayer groups. Staying to myself in beginning of attending church helped me figure out my purpose of attending church. Faith Fellowship church is awesome. If Anyone is interested in attending a church that's full of diversity, a mixture of age groups, and would like to learn more about building a relationship with God without force or guilt attend this church.”

“My aunt experienced a life changing fall that required her to move to Senior living. She had visited a friend at Carlton in San Leandro for years and so knew this was where she wanted to go. She was in the Assisted living side for only a month before she was diagnosed with dementia. The management and staff gave us exceptional guidance, help and emotional support during that time. The Memory Care side was equally well run. It was a much smaller environment, which with dementia is comforting and the staff could interact with all the residence easily. When it came time for Hospice, she was cared for with incredible respect and compassion. I always felt she was safe (and I visited frequently). I never regretted the decision of placing her at Carlton San Leandro. I am so grateful to the management and staff. Without their help and knowledge, the stress would have been overwhelming.”
