“We purchased an oversized chair from Lazy Boy in 2009. It was our first big purchase as a married couple! It has seen us through 12 years of marriage, two very active and fun boys, and two dogs. The only reason we were looking to make a new purchase is because the space we now have does not work with our furniture. That being said, we knew when it was time to get new furniture, we would go with Lazy Boy. It has lasted us so long and is so comfortable, sturdy, and well made. The customer service at the Union City store was stellar. The manager spoke with me on the phone to get a better idea of what we were looking for and our budget. She then proceeded to set up an appointment for us to come in to meet with her and see the products she came up with for us. She was so accommodating and made sure to communicate with us as she was helping other customers throughout the store. The staff all wore masks and followed social distancing . Only 25 people were allowed in the showroom at one time and everyone was spaced apart. I felt very comfortable , safe, and excited to be able to shop even given all the restrictions of COVID. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff there.We did make a purchase. It was the very last choice that was something we had not even considered ( reclining sofa set) !! We cannot wait to get it! It was a hot buy so, a super affordable price , which included delivery as well as hauling away of our old furniture. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and the Union City store to anyone considering high quality , comfort, and affordable furniture. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review. “My wife and I were at this restaurant last night. The hostess warmly welcomed us, and our server, Christina did a great job, and came back to check our satisfaction level. The store manager also stopped by to make sure we were happy. You could tell everyone genuinely enjoyed their jobs, and aimed to please. It's good to see motivated employees these days when stress levels are so high. I've never had the chicken club sandwich before. It was very good! I'll get it again! Sorry no pics! Next time. “I came to this location to confirm some information for their business. I found the lady sitting in the front the receptionist to be very kind and helpful and friendly. It was a clean and comfortable waiting room there's plenty of seating. There's also a plenty of parking in the parking lot with some places in the shade. However when I talked to the receptionist she told me that this company may be closing their business in about a year because the doctor is retiring.”
