She’s also got a big heart and is an incredible advocate for her customers. I met her when my Honda suddenly dumped all its oil. I pulled off the road into her place and she not only diagnosed and repaired it immediately, she knew this was a recall event and called Honda and the whole thing was completely free to me. Ever since then the service has been equally over-the-top excellent. She hires great mechanics and she knows exactly what to do both in terms of cars and in terms of the business.
