Both Tanya and Stacie would usually respond within 24 hours and send maintenance crew on time to fix the issue at our place. “We rented at Tower for a year, and had a great experience. The location is perfect (beach, shopping, restaurants, etc...), and the price was reasonable. Our unit was not yet renovated, so it was a little outdated, but they happily did some updates at our request. The apartment was very spacious, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. It was clear that the property was well cared for, as they always seemed to be making improvements to the units and common areas. The grounds were clean and nicely maintained. The staff (Matt and Xavier) were great too. They were always available, friendly and eager to help. They also organized regular community events. One other thing we really enjoyed while living here was the ease of having packages delivered. This has been a huge struggle in other places we've lived. Overall, I would recommend Tower!”
