“The sound separation from apartment to apartment is surprisingly amazing. We're the top floor and, after talking to our neighbor below, they rarely ever hear us. And we can never hear our neighbors unless they're in the hall near our door. The only major drawback is not nearly enough parking and frustrating, highly competitive street parking. The on-site maintenance guy is great and on top of everything. No direct property manager--they're in Oakland. Easy walking distance to the BART and enough nearby to meet daily needs easily, plus fun and experiences are only a BART or car ride away.”

The on-site manager is very attentive, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. I leased my current apartment from Sonia, who was professional and helpful. Then I tried to reach out to Eden, who is one of the management team members, to schedule an apartment tour. I would say the process was soooo~ smooth that I can’t believe I just signed this apartment within one week! Eden is so helpful, compared to my previous leasing agent, that she always answers my questions immediately. As I moved in, the room is so clean and spacious. Since we were still in the Pandemic shut down things where challenging with housing authorities and my contract, but Tyrone was helpful, responsive, kind and caring when it came to getting my contract in order. I am truly grateful to them both. It is important to me that I have a good connection with property management were I live and who I pay rent to. I love my new home inside and outside. “There is good and bad that happened to me in this apartments. Good: The maintenance people come in 1-2 days and fix any issue you have. I am very happy about this part. Its a closed community I feel safe and some time walk around late night also. We can do a Car wash inside the community. Its Pet friendly community. Centralized AC and heating. Very few communities have this feature. Bad: I had to pay 1000$ just to move from 1 bed to 2 bed in the same community. My car was towed as "abandoned car" with out any warning and I lost it. My car needed battery replacement and I was not checking frequently, the note was left on the Car. They should have sent a general email about car that is left for a long time. Tips: Make sure you rotate your car parking spot frequently. Take clear photos of the apartment when you leave. Some time they might ask to pay for Carpet replacement even if its not needed. Try to get an inspection done and request maintenance if you see any issues that can be fixed. If you have any issues Not everyone in Leasing office is try to help. Some are trying to help and some trying argue and enforce some rules. You will get to know these people by experience. You cannot negotiate Rent the first time you sign the lease. But you can negotiate Renewing you lease after the first term. This tip might save you some $$$.”

“Remy helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home together here in the East Bay. Given that we were completely new to the process we had a lot of questions, and Remy was outstanding throughout, answering everything we asked (super quickly) and giving us confidence that we had an expert on our side. At the start of the process we set up search parameters with Remy's online system and were easily able to browse and see when things came up we might be interested in. Remy was quickly able to set up viewings for us, and always offered useful perspective on the properties we saw, the pros/cons and on things he would do to improve it. He was never at all pushy, always gave an honest opinion (good and bad), and it was a pleasure to search with him. The first offer we put in, Remy took time to talk us through the disclosures package and gave us excellent advice on putting together a strong offer. The offer was accepted, we were thrilled and Remy was always on hand as we were going through the mortgage/escrow process.
