“We purchased an oversized chair from Lazy Boy in 2009. It was our first big purchase as a married couple! It has seen us through 12 years of marriage, two very active and fun boys, and two dogs. The only reason we were looking to make a new purchase is because the space we now have does not work with our furniture. That being said, we knew when it was time to get new furniture, we would go with Lazy Boy. It has lasted us so long and is so comfortable, sturdy, and well made. The customer service at the Union City store was stellar. The manager spoke with me on the phone to get a better idea of what we were looking for and our budget. She then proceeded to set up an appointment for us to come in to meet with her and see the products she came up with for us. She was so accommodating and made sure to communicate with us as she was helping other customers throughout the store. The staff all wore masks and followed social distancing . Only 25 people were allowed in the showroom at one time and everyone was spaced apart. I felt very comfortable , safe, and excited to be able to shop even given all the restrictions of COVID. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff there.We did make a purchase. It was the very last choice that was something we had not even considered ( reclining sofa set) !! We cannot wait to get it! It was a hot buy so, a super affordable price , which included delivery as well as hauling away of our old furniture. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and the Union City store to anyone considering high quality , comfort, and affordable furniture. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review. “I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by Steven to trade in my phone for a newer model. He was quick to inform me of all my options and go over the deals that were going on. He was extremely nice and made the whole process way less nerve-wracking than it can be sometimes (last time I got a new phone, I was at a Verizon store for 2 hours). This took no more than 20 minutes and I was out the door with a nice, crisp iPhone 13. I think more locations should have workers like him.”

“I chose Extra Space Storage because it was the cheapest and had many size options. It has more locations compared to other local storage companies. Signing up was quick and easy. I would prefer having longer access hours. My location only had until 7:00pm. Also there is less moving space for first floor units. If one cart blocks the way, there is no way the other can get around to move to the next unit. In addition, I would like it more if there was option to chose whether to get insurance or not instead of having to sign-up mandatory insurance with Extra Space Storage. My stuff did not have much valuable and I felt I didn't need to spend so much on the most basic insurance premium. Having said all that, I would still recommend Extra Space Storage. Thank you.”
