“Took our family bikes here for service and was very happy with the experience. We reached out to Ray over text and went with the “Full Tune-up” offering from the website. We scheduled a dropoff/pickup and he got our bikes running smoothly after a few days. The quick turnaround and pricing is right. Our new goto spot for bike needs.”

“I visited them to fix my break in the bike. The person in the shop helped fix the break even without charging but teaching me how to take care of the issue. I really appreciate the time taken and so happy to see a honest business who believe in truly helping customers.”

“Run or ride quickly to this bike shop!! I was looking to replace my Linus bike and found Westside Joe’s online. I was able to see a spreadsheet online of what was in stock- the most brilliant idea ever- and went right over. Vivee is the best- not only selling me the bike I wanted but calling in the mechanic in to make some adjustments so I could ride it home same day. A month later and I’m finally writing a review- I’ve been too busy enjoying my new bike! Thank you Vivee!”

“David is a gem. Talked me through all aspects of my new bike and really made sure it was going to be a good fit for me and my needs. The staff at this store really care about riders, their safety, and their enjoyment. You can tell when people are doing something they love. Cycle City will take excellent care of you during your purchase, but will also take care of your bike after your purchase. Highly recommend.”

“So I have never been here and I found there website a little confusing to be able and go pick up my order but I’ll tell you what when I decided to go in and pick up my order I was more than surprised by what I found. The store was amazingly clean and the staff were up beat customer focused but not overwhelming or annoying! Definitely impressed I may have found a new shopping destination”

“Decent size store. The store carries camping equipment, bikes, shoes and outdoor clothing. The full price items are a bit high, but you could find some pretty good deal during garage sale. If you pay 20 dollar to join the membership, you will be able to get 10% off for full price items, and have access to the garage sale.”

“I had such a great experience shopping here that I felt compelled to write them a review. Before Christmas I was looking to purchase a set of kids golf clubs for my son to play with me during his winter break. I looked online and there was only ONE store that had anything in stock that was decent and it was Decathlon. Despite it being over an hour drive away, I thought it would be worth it to swing out and pick up the set I saw online. Before going I called the store and spoke with someone who was very helpful and went to the floor to double check that they had that set in stock. Lucky for me, the had one and he offered to hold it for me till I got there. I had never heard of Decathlon before prior to this experience and I was surprised how huge the store was and the wide range of sporting products they had when I walked in. Who knew?! In any case, I was able to gran and go thanks to the wonderful associate that held onto the clubs for me. However, after returning home I realized that one of the pieces was missing. Tried contacting corporate customer service and they said I had to contact the store. After contacting the store, they were surprisingly able to find the missing piece and was going to keep it there for me. Unfortunately because it's such a long drive I wasn't able to swing by for 2 weeks. I reached out again and they kindly offered to mail it to me. I am just very happy with their customer service so I'd recommend this store for sure.”

“Friendly service. You tell them what you want and they pick out a few bikes for you and bring them right outside the store for you to test ride/check out. The website isn’t fully updated with stock so it’s probably best to come in person.”

“Meticulous Mechanics I recently had Island City Bikes convert my venerable Long Haul Trucker to an ebike. I have owned 100's of bikes in my lifetime and consider myself a lifestyle rider. Island City Bikes did an incredible job on my bike. It is a very clean conversion and I couldn't be happier with the process, or the fun I'm having riding it. I highly recommend this shop for ebike, mid-drive conversions.”

“The guys at Blue Heron Bikes are great, honest people that are make the community a better place. I just had some flat tires and they helped me out with air no questions asked, AND during the pandemic. They helped my friend out too very quickly with his bike. Saving up to buy a nice bike from them!”

“This bike shop is the best bike shop I have ever been to. I stopped by on a whim last year because the ratings were so good, and the owner Kenji and I quickly became friends. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he is really into supporting riders no matter what your discipline. This is different than other shops that are just in it to sell you a new bike and then don’t care if they see you again. Area Cycles has a huge following and rightfully so. If this isn’t the first bike shop you go to when you need a part or a repair, it should be. Also, I am a girl and have been discriminated against at other bike shops because they think I’m not a hard core rider or think that I don’t ride gnarly stuff. Kenji is the exact opposite. He loves to see women and kids ripping it up. Can’t gush about this place enough. Go there and spend your money already!! What are you waiting for??”

“I had a great experience when talking with Brian. His ideas are amazing. When I went in I was unsure on what to expect, he made me feel comfortable in guiding me in the direction I needed to go. Being disabled and my balance is not the best anymore. I am unable to ride like I would like to, Brian explained that there are three wheel bikes he can do, which will be great for retirement communities to get around. I highly recommend Titan Performance Fabrication. ”

“I bought a Giant E-bike from Hank and Frank and I have loved both the bike and the service I've gotten since. I ride by the shop on the way to and from work and often pop in to have them fix something for me (for example, I kept knocking off the fenders until I got used to them). I've had my bike for a year and have upgraded components over time. Each time, the guys/gal at the shop have helped me make good choices including pedals and saddle. I highly recommend this shop.”
