(August 10, 2021, 2:15 pm)I was lucky enough to find a Santa Cruz Tallboy in stock on their online shop over 4th of July weekend… I was flying in from Europe that following Tuesday and driving to Chico to visit family & friends.. I contacted the shop to let them know my situation and asked if they could kindly have it ready… They told me that it usually takes about 2 working days from when the order is placed but they would do their best.. Amazingly, they prioritized my bike and had it ready by the end of the day!! They helped me adjust the shocks to my correct weight, gave me heaps of tips, and were extremely helpful! They have tons of cool merch, awesome bikes, and most importantly a great team! Thanks guys!
