I visited them to fix my break in the bike. The person in the shop helped fix the break even without charging but teaching me how to take care of the issue. I really appreciate the time taken and so happy to see a honest business who believe in truly helping customers.

I was helped as soon as I walked in, which was good because I had no idea what kind of bike I wanted coming in! I was helped my Mario, and he knew exactly the kind of bikes I might want based on just a few things I told him. He let me try our some bikes that would fit, and was really helpful.

Very nice, knowledgeable staff. Bent my fork on my ebike, they quickly found a new fork that would work and fixed everything on it in a speedy time frame. Amazing service.

Went in for service. Expecting to spend $200 to $300 and the service-tech talked me out of it saying that what I had was running good enough for the moment to save my money and get a new bike (or entire new group-set) later on down the road.
You can't buy that kind of service; and I'll definitely be back when it comes time to replace my gravel bike.
