“Their gas prices are competitive with Costco without the long lines. I find the staff friendly. There is a low staff turnover so they know their regulars. They sell propane. You pay a premium for propane for the convenience. Go somewhere else if you do not like it. They sell diesel fuel. I do not know if the diesel price is competitive. Access is a little awkward on two busy streets. Debit cards only. Then $0.35 charge. They do not accept credit cards. Just pay cash. They now accept credit cards for gas. $50 min purchase. If your total comes to less than $50 and you pay at the pump, you still pay $50. Be careful. Do not use unless you know you will buy more than $50 of gas.”

“I'm so happy! The website itself isn't that great so I had to order through phone and the florist was so nice and professional! I ordered flowers for Latin Mother's day which is May 10. I put my order in the day before and ordered the cottage garden to be delivered the next day. They arrived around 10AM and my mom was so happy! She sent me the attached picture. Thankfully the deliverer was able to find our apartment in the community. Definitely will order from them again! :)”

The spring and motor sprocket broke the morning we were leaving for Miami for 10 days. I first heard about her through some friends who have worked with her and they've all had such wonderful experiences with her. “Great to have another option for neighborhood grocery shopping down by the water. Should be great for residents in the Jack London District and those in the waterfront communities nearby like Brooklyn Basin, Portobello, and Embarcadero Cove which a shortish walk away Everything at Rocky's is organic and they have a good selection of everything you need to make a meal or snack. Plenty of beers, wines, and beverages too. A meat counter, espresso bar, and fresh fruit and veg. Obviously with COVID-19 going and the store having just opened things are a little dialed back but hopefully with more people moving in next door, the adjacent open space opening up for visitors it should be a lot better soon. Only dinging them a star because yes, the prices can be kind of high but hey this isn't Costco and convenience costs. Staff are friendly and they are enforcing good COVID-19 preventative measures for everyone's safety.”

“Obo: everything is dollar. Been there twice . First time had a 'not so great experience' becaise of the staff. I wanted to take tri fold poster boards, the representative told clearly that they dont have any. After searching for a while i found them. Either they are lazy to help or new to dollar tree or they dont know what they have in store. (May not be all of them , but one for sure) . For customer service thumbs down. Garden stuff and decor stuff is the cheapest you get it here. I would definitely go there again but i will help my self. And yeah enough parking. But Restroom out of service”

“Good apartment complex, secure and clean, most units have been remodeled. Most of the time it was quite and easy going, grocery stores, markets, gas stations close by as well as schools. the freeway is just blocks away. Right next to the San Mateo bridge and easy access to multiple ways into San Francisco and Oakland. Rent is decent for the area and 24 hour security is on duty, parking is strictly enforced so make Shure you or your guest have a parking permit.”

“Place is tiny but has everything you need for a decent breakfast. Even late in the morning (I got here at 9:30am) this place was packed. I had their Farmhouse on Garlic bagel with 2 eggs and hot coffee (options to choose) and all for under $10 and the portion was actually enough to share. In side there are only place for 6 people to sit and eat but there are tables and chairs outside (patio seating). Highly recommended if you are in the area and haven't tried it.”
