“Dr. Longoria is without a doubt the best. He did a triple bypass on my mother who is 91 years old. He is knowledgeable, but beyond that he is caring and compassionate. Due to my moms age she still has some problems but there is no doubt in my mind Dr. Longoria did the best he could and gave my mom the best possibility for a full recovery as she is still in the recovery process. “This is an old 7-11 and you can see and feel it. Since they are close to our work and home, I stop here frequently for snacks and cold 2 liter sodas. Their prices are like most gas stations and 7-11s. The service is good but most of the times I go there the clerk is on the phone or not paying attention. It feels like he hates his job and does not want to be there. Besides this, their service is fast because they are next to 3 motels/inns and they can get busy all the sudden but they are quick to scan and get through all the customers.”

“This morning, I had a totally blown, shredded rear passenger tire with rim exposed and damaged. The AAA tow driver recommended Gomes Tires. I checked their reviews online and called to let them know my tire problem and Mr. Gomes said come on in. Today, AAA towed me and my car in to the shop at 8:10am. I told Mr. Gomes what I needed. He looked at all my tires and made suggestions. I got exactly what I needed, 2 new tires and one new rim, plus balancing for $375 total and I was out on the road by 8:45 am. I plan on going back next week to get two more new tires. I am thoroughly pleased with the work and service of Gomes Tire & Service Center. I will recommend Gomes to others and continue to do my tire business with them in the future.”

“We were in desperate need of a chiropractor. We had a list referred by our insurance company and made many phone calls and appointments. But my wife had a "feeling" about this place because of their outgoing message stating "having a blessed day". She cancelled the other appointments and scheduled with Dr. Bates. After one visit, she already feels 100% better. We also found out that he is from our home town of Ventura and went to Chiropractic school as our former chiropractor. 05-24-2019 My wife has been seeing Dr. Bates for about 4 years, and has done wonders with her back. This week was my first visit as a patient. On Monday, I can barely walk. I had a muscle spasm in my hip that made it painful to get in and out of a chair, drive, or walk up steps. “My aunt experienced a life changing fall that required her to move to Senior living. She had visited a friend at Carlton in San Leandro for years and so knew this was where she wanted to go. She was in the Assisted living side for only a month before she was diagnosed with dementia. The management and staff gave us exceptional guidance, help and emotional support during that time. The Memory Care side was equally well run. It was a much smaller environment, which with dementia is comforting and the staff could interact with all the residence easily. When it came time for Hospice, she was cared for with incredible respect and compassion. I always felt she was safe (and I visited frequently). I never regretted the decision of placing her at Carlton San Leandro. I am so grateful to the management and staff. Without their help and knowledge, the stress would have been overwhelming.”
