“Okay.. so far, I have had the system for a week.. I was very very skeptical when Adel (AWP rep) came by my door at my new home... made my research and several companies estimates were priced higher. Read reviews online that made me more hesitant.. after 2.5 months of researching 6 different companies, I decided to go with AWP water system.. I got both the R/O & water softener.. plumbers were great...came install system in 2.5hrs.. countertop was not damage and i have not seen a crack in it so far.. the system works great.. every day I look under my sink to make sure there is not a water leak. For now I am happy with the system and it was the cheapest of the 6 companies... estimates from $3100 to $9500 I will update if I have any issues with the system or customer service... Full disclosure... was not asked to write a review... The salt in the pic i bought at homedepot.. AWP did give me 1 bag of salt when they installed the system”

“Very clean and looks recently updated; the facilities are very modern. The hot tub area is relatively small for women (maybe 6 good friends?), sauna and steam room bigger and could hold more people. I got the exfoliating scrub and massage, and it was MUCH needed and very relaxing. The person performing the service (Tina) was very thorough and would ask about how much pressure I wanted during the massage and if I was doing alright. It got to the point where I was drifting in and out of sleep and time felt infinite. Such a good feeling. My only gripe would be that at some point, the music changed from ambient sounds to Mariah Carey Christmas and general Christmas music and it wasn’t relaxing at all. Luckily this shouldn’t happen most of the year. I wish the locker room served corn or barley tea in addition to water, but not mad about it. Please check out the different stone rooms, I loved reading in there. I would definitely come back here.”

“This place is totally worth the hype and deserves its reputation and Bib Gourmand. The soba brought me back to one of the best meals I have ever had, at a traditional old school soba joint in Tokyo. I certainly can't claim to be a soba expert, but all of the flavors and textures in the cold and hot sobas here went together perfectly and reminded me of that long ago meal. The tamagoyaki was excellent. The tempura was light and airy and crunchy in just the right way. The ebi croquettes were out of this world good. The fiddlehead ferns were unexpectedly awesome and a real treat for us, since we've never had them before. The pressed salmon was just "okay" and was the only component of the meal that wasn't even better than we'd hoped. The Okinawa mochi was probably the best mochi I have ever had. The service was excellent, as well. Oakland is lucky to have this gem of a restaurant.”

“Since starting with The Swenson Group years ago, I have nothing to say, except it has been a fantastic experience. We have gone over machine changes at least twice with them so far and each time the experience has been flawless. The service is top notch, we call with an issue and they send someone out, usually on the same day. If I call with a question, I get an answer. My firm has four offices, one in the bay area and the service we get from Swenson trained service is top notch and no matter who they send out, they know what they are doing and always have a smile on their face. Swenson has delivered on everything they have promised me at sales calls. If they think they can save me money, they put a suggestion out and leave it up to me to decide. There is no high pressure to get the newest and greatest because they know that is not how my firm operates. We tend to hang on to technology for a long time. For example, all our secretaries had printers in their stations some of which were 10 years old or older. Swenson has been servicing them for years and came to me with a proposal that we replace them all with brand new color printers for less money monthly then we were paying to service and support those 10+ year old printers. We agreed it made sense for us and out with the old and in with the new. They brought the new ones in, set them up, took the old ones away and everybody is happy. I would recommend The Swenson Group to anyone without reservation.”
