“Friday, 7/07/2023 - my GFs and I went to Terra d'Oro Winery in Amador County. Address is 20680 Shenandoah School Rd, Plymouth, CA 95669. We went wine tasting. I don't drink so doesn't wine taste with my GFs. But, upon arrival... Pros 1) plenty of parking in their winery. You park in the gravel and have to walk a little ways to the winery. It's a beautiful short walk. 2) they have a beautiful outdoor seatings in the back. 3) winery looked very clean. It's beautiful here! 4) they have lots of items you can buy inside. Clothing, wine, cheese, etc. 5) my friends said it's like $10 per person for wine tasting. But if you buy a wine bottle or lots of wine bottles, the fee goes towards it. 6) it was not crowded. 7) service was great! Staff was so nice and professional! 8) we sat outside. 9) there are 2 bathrooms outside. 10) the wine was good here. Several of my GFs bought a few bottles to go. Cons 1) none Conclusion I really like this winery. It's so pretty here. Lots of tables to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Staffs were so nice and attentive. They even took our girls group photos. The wine were great.”

“Girl Trip 2023. This hotel more than met our expectations. The employees are amazing. Dylan at the front desk was as sweet and helpful as could be. We went down for more towels and she brought them to our room. The lobby was just beautiful - clean, well lit and nicely decorated. They've done major renovations and it's so nice. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfortable, a/c works like a champ and not so noisy to keep you awake. The hospitality in Sutter Creek is amazing - bars, restaurants, shops - everywhere! Close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. We will most definitely be back.”

“Had tons of weeds last summer on my half acre. Jason got it taken care of and did a realy good job. The property was really bad before he started, it had been years sence the back half had been cut. Some of the weeds where taller then me.”

“Really incredible wedding venue. Beautiful landscaping and lighting. Amazing old building. Really interesting restroom. Very friendly staff and bartender. Would absolutely recommend this place for a wedding. My only two complaints for how hard it is to find from the road and how uneven the pavement is when you're walking around the outdoor wedding venue. Seems like tripping hazards every two feet with uneven Stone. Absolutely not a problem in the scheme of things. Two beautiful and unique to let it bother you.”

“Any and All Trailers are the best place to take your trailers for repairs or service. Chad not only fixes your trailer he educates you on how to maintain your trailer in good working condition. I drive 11/2 hours for the best service and I know my trailers are serviced correctly. The prices for repairs are second to none I highly recommend them for any service you might need for your RV, utility trailers, and boat trailers.”

“Ok being a transplant from EG, i recently had a discussion on where to finad a yummy bagel, a worthy bagel near me, in Ione...my sister in-law also a transplant here in Ione has been telling me about this Star donut place in Ione, just 5 min away...but I'm not a donut eater so I didn't check it out. Recently, I noticed the sign says bagels and croissants both of which i do love, so this morning after checking out a jazzercize class, I had my hubby stop and we went inside. He chose his usual everything bagel, I selected the cheddar bagel and we came home. He toasted them up, and made yummy breakfast sandwiches and as I took my first bite, I was pleasantly surprised how fluffy and soft yet toasty the bagel was, omg, I think I'm in bagel heaven 😋 the croissants also looked ahhhmazingly delish, fresh and fluffy and yes, although I don't really partake in the donut, they looked really fresh and just as yummilicious as well. I love living in Ione, best decision we ever made and discovering new places that are very well deserving of 5 stars with great customer service too!😊”

“EDIT*** As per the new owners reply, my review would pertain only to the old store. Interested to see the new store next time I am in town! Original Review*** Let's be clear, this is not a place you will find valuables sold at absurdly low prices. As a thrift store, it offers many old, used, and often broken items that may be garage sale left overs. The VHS and DVD collection is formidable, as is the section for survival and "prepper" equipment. Our biggest surprise was the volume of State of Jefferson flags and stickers on hand. If you were looking for some of those, head to this shop.”
