“I live up in the Sierras and my dentist is in San Jose. Unfortunately I had a crown come off and gave 1st Impressions a call and they got me in the same day! Well let me say, I was absolutely blown away. The facility is sparkling clean, fully modern with state of the art equipment, and a super friendly staff. My dental needs were not simple and required a bunch of paper work to put it all together so I could see the treatment plan and costs. I applied for their in house dental plan and immediately received a nice discount on all my needed work. The DR sat down with me and was honest and to the point with no sugar coating. My kind of guy. Zero attitudes from anyone and they were all very professional. I wish I could remember the name of the dental assistant as I put her through the ringer and she was amazing! So bottom line here is if the care is anything like my first experience, I will be a lifetime client!!!!”
