I've used the localized cryo treatment (twice) on an arthritic thumb back in November 2018 and it's still feeling great! I was able to avoid a cortisone shot because my thumbs feel so good since the treatment. However, most impressive has been the results I received for plantar fascitis....no pain! I could barely walk went I hobbled into Arctic Restore and after 3 treatments within a few days of one another, I've been pain free for.months! No need to tolerate aches and pains from sports or everyday activities, book an appointment (or a few) and you'll only wish you'd done it sooner.
(March 9, 2019, 11:34 pm)Love this spa! Jessie is so knowledgeable and instantly makes you feel comfortable. The local cryotherapy has helped me with my chronic knee pain. And the Arctic conture sessions have reduced the appearance of cellulite on my legs.

The local cryotherapy is amazing, and it works super fast. I also love how clean and professional this business is. I highly recommend if you have any type of pain and want relief!
(October 3, 2018, 12:47 pm)I was given a gift certificate and used it to purchase 5 Arctic Face + Neck Sessions. I used all 5 sessions in 10 days and absolutely love the results. My skin is glowing with less lines and my neck is toner. Better than other procedures I've tried for 1/4 of the price. I'm a fan and will tell anyone that will listen! Thank you.
(October 3, 2018, 11:49 am)Great for sports recovery and specific injuries. I went in for a whole body cryotherapy session, and after learning about the local treatment I decided to double up. I had a shoulder injury with maybe 40% range of motion, not able to lift my arm more than 15%. I left that day with the ability to lift my arm above my head. Amazing! The next day, I went in for just for local, and my shoulder felt 100%. There is a reason European hospital and facilities are using this as part of therapy. Jessie is incredibly knowledgeable and completely focused on improving your well-being. Highly recommend.
