“First off, I need to point out that this particular facility is girls only...I’m not sure what the situation is with the previous review, but I’m guessing they are talking about a different program. Our experience here has been outstanding, and every parent I’ve talked to with kids in ANY CFD program have had nothing but good things to say about them. My daughter‘s therapist is amazing and the family group has been extremely beneficial. The entire staff treats their clients (and the clients families) with the utmost respect and dignity. Kids are cared for in a highly structured and very nurturing environment. Communication skills are practiced daily and my daughter has made enormous progress. Yes she still has intrusive thoughts but she’s learning to manage them in much more appropriate ways. I would recommend CFD in a heartbeat to any family whose kiddo struggles with anxiety or depression.”
