“Randy came highly recommended and deservedly so. He and his team did an excellent job prepping my travel trailer for a 3000 mile journey, and walked me all around pointing out what I needed to know to keep it in good condition. He even fashioned a "handle" of sorts to make the surge/parking break easier to engage on my T@B travel trailer. He kept in contact about everything from when I could expect the work to be done, to how long I'd have to wait for parts, what parts might cost, etc. One thing to know: he books up well in advance--often 2 months out, so don't wait til the last minute to schedule service. It's worth the wait since you'll get quality work done that you can trust (which is way better than breaking down and being stranded in the middle of nowhere).”
