Pastor Joe is exceptionally clear about chapters and verses in the Bible. I am a new church-goer. I have not been to church in more than 40 years. I need things to be explained to me in layman's language. Pastor Joe does that.
This has been a great Church to me and some of the other folks there since we were young. If you ever feel the need to hear some well done Christian music and the word from the bible from a Pastor who speaks from the heart. I highly recommend you give Calvary Chapel Concord, CA a chance.
Great church... small loving congregation.
It is a very fun church and the people are very nice. Also during the summer we have White Water Rafting trips in the American River, South Fork.

(925) 687-9084. Great place to hear the Word and fellowship with friends. Wonderful church! They were located in a business park / warehouse area in Concord. Tons of parking was available. The song service was well organized & rehearsed, so no big bloopers were made.
