Adair is amazing!

She is in tune with each of her students, with regards to our goals and if we have any physical concerns. She challenges us and she has made me fall in love with yoga. I like PiYo and Gentle Flow, as the classes concentrate on strengthening all my muscles and increase my flexibility.

It is not simply the yoga positions Adair leads with that make her classes of such quality, but also her coaching is outstanding and with her skilled and personal style of guiding us through each move that makes me feel strong and restored. I can physically feel the layers of everyday stress fall away and I feel great after class – every time. I'm so grateful to be one of her students!

Adair is an amazing yoga instructor. I have taken classes with her for over 5 years. Can't do without her restorative class which is so relaxing, peaceful, and centering. She has a delightfully calming manner and voice, just perfect for guiding you to relax deeper into your practice. Definitely check out her classes. You won't regret it.
