They were amazing with my mom when Dad had a stroke in the middle of the night. My mother is frail and somewhat cognitively impacted and they were so caring and gentle with her. They had to call me up in Seattle and were great communicating the situation to me so that they could find someone to stay with Mom while they took Dad to the hospital.
