  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nanny Marta. She is truly one of the most caring, patient, inventive and passionate people I have ever met in this industry. You can really see how she just lives for doing this kind of work. She offers such a large amount of creative activities for the children; it’s just like having my daughter in a classroom environment. Nanny’s House incorporates some of the same characteristics that a center would, but on a smaller scale because it’s in her home so her kids really know her and her and love her. Her preschool room is always changing by introducing a variety of educational things for them, and just about every day, my daughter brings home something new that she’s created. Nanny incorporates Spanish vocabulary as well as sign language into her preschool program. My daughter loves signing and singing her ABCs at the same time! I know a lot of the things that my daughter is doing at the age of 2 ½ would not be possible if it wasn’t for all of the learning my daughter does at her preschool. She also utilizes technology for teaching, which I feel is so important considering how technically driven our society is now a days. Everything she shows the children is educational and just makes sense to incorporate. I love how many different projects and programs Nanny has done with the children. Recently, the kids learned about the life cycle of a butterfly, by watching them turn from caterpillars into butterflies and my daughter couldn’t stop talking about the chrysalis and the cocoon, and how when the butterflies came out, they let them all fly away! Nanny also just got chicks and so the kids have been learning about the life cycle of them now too. She has not only a wonderful space indoors for the kids, but her outdoor play area is great too. Often in the summertime, I drive up to see my daughter and her playmates running around outside in the play yard squealing with excitement! Nanny’s location is right off the freeway, but also on a large property, that is secure and gated. We feel so fortunate that we found Nanny Marta and that our daughter loves her so much too.

  My son absolutely loves his "Nanny" (Marta), Miss Ashley, Miss Lulu, his friends and going to "school." He looks forward to returning to Nanny's house the second he's picked up. Nanny's house has everything a child (and parent) could ever wish for - a bright, clean, safe and beautiful home, three caring multilingual instructors, a nurturing atmosphere, healthy food, educational toys and games, "cooking" classes, daily art activities, nature walks, sing and dance time, yoga lessons, new outdoor play structures and pets (a cat, dog and two miniature goats). Nanny never seizes to amaze me! My husband and I are truly lucky to have found her. She truly is the best!
  
  I am confident our son is in great hands and am happy to recommend Nanny's House Child Care & Preschool.
